Note: Private sellers may run a
free text advertisement (less than 70 words) for one month!
General Information: I maintain this website via the Telstra Mobile Broadband network and a laptop computer. However, there are times when I am out of the mobile network area. Surface mail is on-forwarded to me from the address given below. I am offering advertising space at very attractive rates. Hopefully, I will earn a small profit for my effort. I am not in the real estate business. When searched for "Australian Farms for Sale" this site returns excellent results on several major search engines. To check this out go to www.google.com or www.dogpile.com or www.alltheweb.com or www.altavista.com.au or www.internationalrealestatedirectory.com/country/australia/landandrural.htm If you, as an owner or agent list a farm or land for sale, and choose to include some photos and a detailed description, you may find having the farm or land advertised on the web very useful. You can then refer any prospective buyers to this website, where they can view a detailed description and photos. Some people place a classified ad in a paper of their choice such as the Qld Country Life or The Land and refer to the presentation of their property on this website. This action may gain you inspections from serious buyers. I request that you contact me if the property is sold. A pro-rata refund is not made if the advertisement is cancelled, however you may pay extra at any time to purchase an upgrade. I may, at my discretion, extend the period of the advertisement without further payment - I usually do this, but there is no guarantee beyond the 6 months. How to submit an advertisement: Photos and text may be emailed to me (preferred), or sent in the post. If emailed,
send the pictures as separate attachments - not embedded in a document. I prefer that photos be in jpg format and no larger than 600 pixels
wide.. If posted, include a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of
your photos. Preferably, photos should be very clear and lack heavy shadow.
For further info and assistance: Contact Rates and Conditions: Payment is not required before the ad is published on my site. An invoice will be posted or emailed to the advertiser. Payment is expected within 14 days of the invoice date. The number of words are calculated using Microsoft Word. The rates below are for advertisements submitted via email, unless otherwise noted. Advertisements submitted by regular (snail) mail will incur an additional 40 percent cost to cover the extra work involved. GST is not charged - I am exempt under the GST Regulation where annual turnover is less than the registration turnover threshold. |

Free ads are for private sellers only and are restricted to 70 words of emailed text and are not to contain pictures, or links to another website. These free ads are listed on the classified pages only (no separate display webpage) for a period of 1 month, but may remain for longer at my discretion. However, because of the superior presentation, I encourage the advertiser to progress to a paid advertisement (including pictures). A total limit of 20 free ads per State applies - limited to one per advertiser. |
